For efficient project management, we approach each project by segmenting the work into distinct milestones.

We prioritize the highest standards of quality and customer experience, which is why Next Hubz has established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.

Our project management strategy at Next Hubz involves breaking down each project into clearly defined milestones.

Every project at Next Hubz begins with a comprehensive discovery and analysis phase, leading to a detailed scope of work document. This ensures that both parties understand the work required, minimizing the potential for cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Given the resources invested in achieving each milestone and completing modules, Next Hubz cannot offer refunds for work that has already been completed or used in services.

Once mock-up designs are approved and the development phase begins, no refunds will be issued.

Mid-project refunds are not available for projects in the midst of a milestone phase at Next Hubz.

Next Hubz does not accept cancellations for services offered during special occasions or limited-time offers by our marketing team.

Digital marketing and SEO packages from Next Hubz are non-refundable; however, you may cancel your subscription with a 15-day advance written notice.

After service delivery by Next Hubz, the maintenance responsibility shifts entirely to the client. Any service damage caused by actions taken by the client or their designated person/agency will not be eligible for a refund from Next Hubz.

Refund Policy at Next Hubz:

Before partnering with us, we recommend testing or demoing our services. Once a transaction is executed, Next Hubz does not issue refunds unless agreed upon by the company.

If a project is terminated mutually, the client retains all completed work, and any further development payments become void. No previous payments or deposits will be refunded by Next Hubz.

In cases where Next Hubz and the client mutually agree on a refund, it will be processed within 45 to 60 working days, but not beyond the cancellation application date sent via email (registered with Next Hubz) or regular mail. Factors such as fees, monthly charges (pro-rata), service costs, processing fees, etc., may be considered in the refund amount.

Optional:

For issues arising from third-party portal services connected to Next Hubz, the refund policy will be determined by the associated service providers. Next Hubz will act as a communication facilitator to resolve conflicts promptly.
